The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong clinical background in Level III NICU care. Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Level III or higher NICU. Required Certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider). Preferred Certifications: STABLE, NIC-RNC. Personality Fit The ideal candidate should demonstrate a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to infants and their families. Floating Areas Occasional floating may be required to Pediatric Unit, PICU, and Mother-Baby (newborns only). Dress Code Scrubs in navy blue are required. Schedule Requirements Every other weekend availability is required.
