Accounting Manager

KBW Financial has partnered with a reputable organization based out of Middlesex County MA that is actively looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team! The Accounting Manager will report to the COO and assist with the month‑end close, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and other duties as assigned. The Accounting Manager will perform the following: Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting activities, including preparation of GAAP‑compliant financial statements and related analysis Lead and manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal controls to strengthen compliance and operational integrity across the organization Act as primary liaison for banking relationships, managing financial institution partnerships to optimize services, maintain compliance, and support strategic objectives Coordinate tax compliance efforts, including sales, income, and other required filings, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external CPA firm Support licensing partnerships and cross‑functional business initiatives from an accounting and reporting perspective Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within accounting operations Provide ad‑hoc financial reporting, technical accounting support, and analysis as business needs arise All interested candidates should submit resumes in Word format via email to Jimmy Oates at View email address on click.appcast.io
