Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full Time) Location: Richmond, VA (Mechanicsville, Henrico/Sandston, Manchester, Brandermill, Midlothian) Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (base) plus potential bonus and relocation assistance. Develop individualized, one‑to‑one treatment plans and interventions tailored to each child’s needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor students in clinical settings. Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to support skill transfer into the home environment. Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant documentation of patient progress. Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and continual professional development. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program. Current or pending license as an occupational therapist in Virginia. Strong commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Experience in pediatric settings is preferred.
