QA/QC Manager

My client is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on large-scale data center construction projects across Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations from pre-construction through commissioning. You will develop and implement QA/QC plans, review submittals, lead site inspections, coordinate testing, and manage non-conformance and corrective actions. You’ll work closely with project teams and subcontractors to maintain quality standards, with a strong focus on mission-critical systems including electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The ideal candidate has proven QA/QC experience in data center or large-scale commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of quality processes and standards.
