Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes. May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.

Develops the agency/network strategic plan(s) for managing key accounts to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. Provides expertise and perspective on best practices to produce point of views for internal teams and clients. Develops informed, creative strategies for clients, providing inspiration and innovative uses for media channels to bring first to market opportunities. Leverages research and assessment of key new-to-market platforms, identifying the feasibility and use cases for clients.

Salary: 70K-90K

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
