Key Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for commercial projects from pursuit through handoff.

• Coordinate estimating, design assist, and value engineering with internal teams and clients.

• Develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans that set projects up for success.

• Partner with sales and project teams on proposals and client presentations.

• Continuously improve preconstruction tools, templates, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a related preconstruction role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
