What your day will look like

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Work hands-on with Mazak machinery and controls
• Utilize CAM software to create, edit, and optimize machining programs
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as needed
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment
• Assist in developing and improving shop processes and operational procedures
• Collaborate with leadership and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What we are looking for

• Previous experience programming and operating CNC machines
• Hands-on Mazak experience required
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys helping build and improve processes
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
