Allstate Insurance Sales Producer

Job Description We’re looking for a motivated, competitive Insurance Sales Producer to join the Uhlig Agencies! This position is designed specifically for someone who thrives on a later schedule. You’ll work Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, giving you your mornings free along with Sunday and Monday off every week. As a Sales Producer, your primary focus will be connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, providing quotes, and turning those conversations into new business. You’ll work a combination of inbound opportunities, warm leads, live transfers, and outbound prospects. Our evening and Saturday hours give you the opportunity to reach customers when they’re home, off work, and actually have time to talk. We’re looking for someone who can take advantage of that opportunity! This is a performance-driven sales position for someone who enjoys talking to people, is motivated by goals, and wants their effort to directly impact their earning potential. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Regular Days Off: Sunday & Monday Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Responsibilities Connect with prospective customers through inbound calls, warm leads, live transfers, and outbound opportunities Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal insurance products Build relationships with customers and identify their individual insurance needs Educate customers on available coverage options and help them make informed decisions Cross-sell additional products and identify opportunities to better protect each household Consistently follow up with prospects and manage an active sales pipeline Maintain accurate customer notes, lead dispositions, and follow-up activity Meet and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals Maintain consistent phone activity and maximize customer contact during afternoon and evening hours Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings Take ownership of individual performance while contributing to overall agency goals Provide a positive, professional customer experience from the first conversation through the completion of the sal Requirements Must be available to work Tuesday–Saturday from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential Ability to confidently initiate conversations and handle rejection Strong follow-up skills and ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospects Coachable and willing to learn new sales techniques and processes Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain consistent activity throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems Previous sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience is preferred but not required Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain required licensing if not currently licensed #J-18808-Ljbffr Kyle Uhlig Allstate Agency
