Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager, Commercial Solar Construction A rapidly growing, well-capitalized general contractor is expanding its renewable energy platform and hiring a Solar Business Development Manager to help scale utility-scale solar power plant construction projects . This is a high-visibility, revenue-driving role focused on building relationships with developers and securing new project opportunities across a strong and growing pipeline. What You’ll Do Drive new business across utility-scale solar power plant construction projects Build relationships with developers, EPCs, and key stakeholders Lead pursuits from origination through contract execution Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to win and deliver projects What They’re Looking For Required: Experience in solar power plant construction (EPC or GC environment) Proven background in business development, project development, or sales within solar construction Strong network with developers, owners, or EPC partners Track record of winning work and building pipeline Solid understanding of the solar project lifecycle (development → construction → commissioning) Why This Role Backed by an established, reputable contractor investing heavily in solar Direct exposure to leadership and strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr Becker Wright Consultants
