Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform tasks related to diagnosing and repairing a variety of client products. You will troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact with clients, and respond to issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include handling service calls, reporting activity, maintaining safety policies, and coordinating with clients to ensure successful service delivery.
