Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & LinkedIn Recruiter) – Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for interviews and candidate availability) About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll own multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring hiring goals are met quickly without compromising quality. What You’ll Own Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. Define success criteria, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies. Write compelling, SEO-optimized job descriptions. Adjust recruitment strategies based on market trends and hiring priorities. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management Build and maintain talent pipelines using: LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Glassdoor Job boards Boolean search techniques Source both active and passive candidates. Conduct outbound outreach to attract high-quality talent. Continuously strengthen pipeline quality and candidate response rates. Candidate Screening & Assessment Conduct structured phone and video interviews. Evaluate candidates based on: Experience Technical skills Communication Cultural fit Utilize behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments. Coordinate assessments or case studies where required. Candidate Experience Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Provide timely updates and maintain transparent communication. Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience. Represent the client’s employer brand throughout the hiring process. Interview Coordination & Hiring Support Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones. Prepare candidates for each interview stage. Collect structured feedback from interview panels. Facilitate hiring discussions and decision-making with stakeholders. Offer Management & Onboarding Prepare and present employment offers. Support offer negotiations professionally. Coordinate pre-onboarding activities. Ensure smooth candidate transitions through onboarding. ATS & Recruitment Operations Manage recruitment workflows using ATS platforms such as: Greenhouse Lever JazzHR iCIMS Similar systems Track: Time-to-fill Source effectiveness Pipeline health Candidate progression Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and dashboards. Required Experience & Skills Experience 2+ years of experience in: Recruiting Talent Acquisition Staffing Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Recruiter Job boards Boolean sourcing Outbound recruiting Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Ability to work during U.S. business hours. Nice-to-Have Agency or high-volume recruiting experience. Experience hiring for: SaaS Finance Professional Services Property Management Knowledge of: Employment laws Hiring compliance Recruitment analytics Experience improving recruiting processes or mentoring recruiters.
