As one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect technology, the Glenair team successfully collaborates closely with nearly all leading companies in the aerospace, defense, rail, marine, and offshore sectors Your tasks and responsibilities: Planning and executing all types of events (including trade shows, symposia, customer events, etc.) Working closely with trade show organizers Booking exhibition space and booth services (catering, hostesses, electricity, etc.) Coordinating booth construction and budget planning , including measuring event effectiveness through key performance indicator management and other evaluation criteria Coordinating staffing needs : hotel reservations, ID badges, access, etc. Project planning , including online and on-site team meetings Coordinating and conducting customer and employee surveys Supporting business units with product marketing, training, and internal communication Working closely and communicating with Glenair’s international events, sales, and marketing teams.
