PeopleShare is excited to partner with a leading company in Easton, PA, in their search for 2nd and 3rd shift Batching Operators. 

Batching Operators Job Details:

• Schedules Available: Monday- Friday 2pm-10:30pm (2nd shift) OR Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am (3rd shift)
• Pay Rate: $22-28/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Easton, PA

Batching Operators Responsibilities:

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch formulas. 
• Operate mixers, blenders, pumps, valves, switches, and compounding equipment. 
• Open and close valves, connect hoses, and transfer materials between tanks and production lines. 
• Dose water, chemicals, fragrances, and other ingredients into batches per specifications. 
• Monitor product quality, including consistency, color, and viscosity. 
• Collect samples for QA testing and maintain batch records. 
• Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent contamination. 
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and PPE requirements. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Batching Operators Requirements:

• Manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or chemical processing experience preferred. 
• Ability to follow batch formulas and production instructions accurately. 
• Experience operating industrial mixers, pumps, valves, and related production equipment preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards. 
• Ability to complete production documentation accurately. 
• Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required PPE.
