Asset Management - JP Morgan Natural Capital - Financial Analyst - Senior Associate

Overview:JP Morgan Natural Capital is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our financial strategy, analysis, and reporting across our operations in the United States, Chile, Australia, and New Zealand. The Financial Analyst will directly support the Director of Finance and the Treasury Manager, with collaboration amongst other departments as well, to ensure robust financial oversight and capital management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for JP Morgan Natural Capital’s timberland assets, including valuation, performance tracking, and scenario modeling.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.Support the Treasury Manager in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation.Assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and risk assessment for global operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within asset management, natural resources, or related sectors.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analytics.Strong understanding of asset and wealth management principles.Experience supporting treasury functions is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Why Join Us:You will be part of a world-class team managing the largest timberland portfolio globally, with direct exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for growth across international markets.
