We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Benefits Administrator to join our team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our benefits programs are administered effectively and efficiently, providing critical support to our employees and contributing to our overall organizational success. Responsibilities Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits. Conduct employee meetings and arrange enrollment in optional plans. Conduct employee benefit seminars for local and remote workers. Revise and reissue all communications material on benefits from time to time. Ensure prompt and accurate compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding benefits. Assist in the management of the benefits plan renewal process. Coordinate daily benefits processing, handling enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, distributions, loans, hardships and compliance testing. Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files and update employee payroll records. Provide customer service support to internal and external customers. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package. Design and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Benefits Administrator, or in a related role. Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a high‑pressure environment. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team‑based environment. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
