Customer Payments & Service Specialist

The City of Alexandria is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers at the front desk or drive-through, and process payments for utility services and city fees. The role includes routine clerical work and assisting customers with account questions under supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
