Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift Type: Days
• Shift Days: Tues-Sat preferred (will do M-F if needed)
• No floating will be required.
