Hired individuals will join a team of attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and staff handling a high-volume case load and who all strive to achieve excellence in case results and client satisfaction while also enjoying a fun working environment where team outings and events are scheduled regularly throughout the year.
Strong training and mentoring will be provided so that cases can be handled skillfully from inception to trial with the right litigation strategies. Teamwork, team spirit, and team success are key elements of our firm's philosophy and formula for success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Court Appearances for various motions and conferences
- Taking and defending depositions
- Propounding Discovery and Supplement if necessary
- Responding to Discovery
- Drafting Meet and Confer letters
- Legal research and writing using Westlaw
- Preparing and drafting discovery motions
- Gathering and analyzing data produced in discovery
- Responding to law and motion
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
- Conduct mediations and negotiations to resolve cases
- Settle cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
- Drafting Trial Documents
- Second Chair Trials
