You will oversee the vetting and onboarding process, ensuring compliance and seamless integration for candidates. Your role involves upholding regulatory standards, liaising with candidates, and supporting internal teams. Details Employment Type: Full time Workplace Type: Hybrid role (2 days a week on-site required) Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance for temporary workers and contractors. Manage vetting, onboarding, and contract documentation. Verify identity, I-9 Employment Eligibility, and references. Address documentation issues and escalate concerns. Maintain records in Bullhorn and reconcile Intime timesheets with payroll. Provide administrative support and uphold 96%+ quality assurance. Skills & Experience Self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with excellent time management. Resilient, process-driven, and skilled at relationship-building.
