Assistant Property Manager

Supporting the Property Manager in various management tasks, the full-time hybrid Assistant Property Manager will handle maintenance, tenant relations, accounting, and administrative duties for assigned properties in Atlanta. Key responsibilities Assist with the preparation and submission of quarterly reports and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met Manage tenant files, respond to tenant inquiries, and maintain property information spreadsheets Coordinate tenant improvement projects and assist with acquisition and disposition processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred Three years of experience in open air retail property management preferred Experience in commercial property management Strong understanding of financial aspects of property performance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
