Digital Solutions Director

Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Director to serve as the bridge between clients, business needs, and technology. This is a highly client-facing role focused on understanding client challenges, designing the right technology solutions, and working with internal technical teams to bring those solutions to life.

You'll join meetings with both new and existing clients. You'll lead discovery conversations, understand business pain points and existing technology environments, and help determine which systems, tools, and capabilities can best address their needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both client-facing and technically hands-on without being a developer. You'll help architect solutions, determine how systems should connect, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and stay involved through testing and full implementation.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery conversations to uncover client business challenges, pain points, processes, and technology needs.
• Translate client needs into practical, scalable technology solutions and recommendations.
• Conduct technology demonstrations and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Determine which tools and platforms should be packaged together to best address client needs.
• Architect system integrations, including how systems connect, data flows, and information is mapped between platforms.
• Develop requirements, user stories, workflows, and solution documentation for development teams.
• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal technology/development teams throughout the build.
• Test and troubleshoot system connections, integrations, and data flows through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions, improve efficiency, and deliver greater value to clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Technology Solutions, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or a similar client-facing technology role.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and design technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with solution architecture, systems integration, or technology solution design.
• Ability to understand a client's technology environment and determine how different systems should connect.
• Experience working with data flows, data mapping, APIs and/or system integrations.
• Familiarity with integration methods such as SFTP, FTP, EDI, or similar technologies.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, or solution documentation.
• Experience partnering with development teams through build, testing, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, business applications, and how systems work together.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct discovery sessions and technology demonstrations.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
