Working in a small team and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position operates primarily during regular day shifts and utilizes multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and assistance to customers across phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure positive experiences
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction
• Handle escalations appropriately and communicate with management as needed
