Competitive Pay: Earn $23.00 - $26.00 (depending on shift and experience) per hour working full-time, 40 hours each week. Consistent Schedule: We have two shifts currently available: Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday-Thursday, 2:30pm – 1:00am Access Your Pay, When You Need It: With our on-demand pay system you can access up to 50% of your pay the same day you earn it. Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Forklift Operator, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. This position will be tasked primarily with moving materials around our warehouse with a forklift, as well as placing pallets on wrapping machines to prepare them for transport. Responsibilities include: Operating Forklifts: Safely operate forklifts to transport and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Material Handling: Load and unload materials, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety standards. Inventory Management: Assist with organizing, stacking, and tracking inventory to keep operations efficient. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, keeping both yourself and your team members safe. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated individuals with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have: Previous forklift experience and willingness to be re‑certified. A good level of physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift, with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs). A solid work ethic and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures. A team‑first attitude and willingness to collaborate with others to meet goals.
