Required Skills:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in perioperative, surgical, or recovery nursing
• Certification in ACLS or PALS
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and hospital protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in surgical or recovery settings

Other Requirements:

• Current state licensure and certifications as required
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
