About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Innovation to spearhead the development and execution of a robust product strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the end-to-end process of product innovation, from conception to market launch, with a strong focus on enhancing customer value and driving revenue growth. This pivotal role requires a leader who can envision and design high-value products, programs, and solutions, and who is adept at partnering with various organizational functions to ensure that offerings are in line with market intelligence, customer insights, and overall business strategy. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Innovation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product development, product management, or innovation leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain a long-term product innovation strategy that aligns with the company's goals. The VP will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the ideation, testing, and commercialization of new products and enhancements, as well as establishing product lifecycle frameworks and data-driven strategies for forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market approaches. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and additional certifications in product management and marketing are a plus.
