About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow with a dynamic company, build strong client relationships, and take ownership of accounts.

The ideal candidate is hungry, proactive, and has a hunter mentality — someone who isn't afraid to go after new business and confidently get in front of buyers at retailers like Windsor and Burlington (can list other accounts). You’ll also help drive sales through line sheet creation, product knowledge, and trade show attendance

Key Responsibilities

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective buyers

·  Create and present compelling line sheets

·  Provide high-level customer service, follow-up, and account tracking

·  Proactively seek out and pitch to new retail partners

·  Organize and maintain merchandise collections

·  Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

·  Travel for road work and attend key fashion trade shows (is this needed?)

·  Maintain an organized, presentable showroom

·  Manage data entry and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications
·  Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a positive, team-first mindset

·  1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service; showroom or retail experience preferred

·  Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required (is this needed?)

·  Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

·  Comfortable using tools like Dropbox, Mailchimp, Mac OS, and social media (list any other tools)

·  Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
