Technical Accounting Manager

$85-$95 per hour San Francisco, CA Contract Duration: 9+ months Working Hours: 20-25/Hours per Week JOB DESCRIPTION This role is required to have strong knowledge of ASC 718, hands‑on experience with equity accounting, high attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight timelines, strong verbal communication skills, strong documentation skills, ability to accurately follow instructions. The role is expected to work on its own, with minimum supervision after training. Previous audit experience is strongly desired, previous Big 4 audit experience is strongly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES All quarter-end close activities of equity accounts. All quarter-end reporting disclosures related to equity activities supporting SEC, IR and Audit functions. All equity related disclosures in the annual proxy statement. Experience in equity SOX controls, audit walkthroughs and PBCs.
