A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.Equities is looking for a structured sales support with experience in QIS to support senior salespeople in marketing and distributing QIS solutions (e.g., systematic strategies, indices, structured products) to institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, and pensions*Develop a strong understanding of quantitative strategies across asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities) and articulate their investment rationale to clients*Prepare client-facing materials including pitchbooks, performance reports, and strategy updates*Assist in responding to client inquiries, RFPs, and due diligence requestsCoordinate with structuring, trading, and research teams to tailor solutions to client needs*Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development effortsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
