Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a Charge Nurse / RN specializing in Wound Care to oversee and manage wound care services across our Tulsa network. This position is responsible for directing unit operations, delivering expert wound assessments and treatments, and mentoring bedside staff in evidence-based practices for wound care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the workflow within the unit.
• Conduct advanced assessments and provide treatment for wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about wound care processes.
• Monitor patient outcomes and support initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and safety.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment while mentoring nursing staff on best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in wound care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
