What You'll Do

• Float across multiple ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, NCCU
• Provide critical care to critically ill adult patients, adjusting to varying acuity levels
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other specialized equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for patient safety and quality care
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC EMR system

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license (or eligible)
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
