This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Sales based in the United States.
This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling partner-led sales performance, and leading a high-performing commercial team across the US market. You will shape and execute the regional sales strategy while ensuring consistent pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and strong execution against ambitious revenue targets. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with direct involvement in coaching teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and optimizing sales performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market efforts. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will play a key role in expanding market reach and improving sales effectiveness. This position offers significant visibility and influence, with direct responsibility for building scalable revenue engines. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers across the US, ensuring high performance, strong execution discipline, and consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Own the US sales strategy and execution, translating quarterly and annual revenue goals into actionable plans that drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and partner-led growth.
- Build and expand strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents, while ensuring effective partner enablement and long-term commercial success.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy to ensure reliable visibility into revenue performance and data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track key sales KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Develop regional and partner business plans that support sustainable revenue growth and align with broader company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment on go-to-market execution and commercial priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS or technology sales teams, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex environments.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business goals into structured sales plans, forecasts, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in partner-led or channel sales models, including experience managing resellers, agents, or indirect sales ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with a history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across both internal teams and external partners.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience managing KPIs, CRM systems, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline performance.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
