Personal Assistant to the President Southern California People & Operations

Please read more about our culture here Why We Are Hiring for This Role Coordinate and maintain the President’s calendar, appointments, and meetings (both business and personal). Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and plan solutions in advance. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Handle last-minute changes and ensure seamless travel experiences. Run errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, returns/exchanges, and managing home-related vendors. Oversee appointments (e.g., medical, personal care, home maintenance) as needed. Coordinate dog walking, grooming appointments, veterinary visits, and pet-sitting services as needed. Occasionally assist with direct dog care (e.g., walks, feeding, transport to appointments). Assist with light personal and professional correspondence. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. What Kind of Person We Are Looking For You live in Orange County Southern California Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Tech-savvy: comfortable with calendar apps, travel booking tools, and mobile productivity tools. Flexible and adaptable; able to work outside traditional business hours as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must love dogs and be comfortable around pets.
