Residential Counselor - Recovery Support (4-Day Week)

Sierra Tucson is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor (Behavioral Therapist) to provide direct support to patients on their recovery journey at our premier treatment center in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include conducting group and family sessions, assisting with treatment plans, documenting care, coordinating with referral sources, providing crisis intervention, and supporting aftercare planning.
