As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will identify and qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls with decision-makers, and support the broader sales team through consistent outreach and CRM management.

Position Highlights

• 100% Remote — Work from a dedicated home office with reliable connectivity.
• Hours : Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central U.S. Time (must align with U.S. business hours).
• Tools Provided : Pre-qualified lead lists, CRM access, and an auto-dialer to streamline outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting across assigned territories and industries.
• Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls with decision-makers.
• Engage prospects via phone (using our auto-dialer), email, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including call notes and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
• Report on daily/weekly activity metrics and contribute to pipeline development targets.

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, business development, or appointment setting.
• Familiarity with employee benefits, HR, or insurance is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate value propositions clearly and build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to meet activity-based KPIs (e.g., calls made, appointments scheduled).
• Proficient with CRM platforms and open to learning new sales technologies.
• Have access to a dedicated workspace with a modern computer, Chrome browser, and stable high-speed internet.
