Financial Operations Processor

Location: St. Cloud, MN (On-site)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Processor to join a growing organization in the St. Cloud area. This position is a great opportunity for candidates with office administration, customer service, or financial services experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the financial industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to process transactions accurately, and a commitment to providing excellent service while working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily operational activities, including account maintenance, asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup.
• Complete routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research, identify, and resolve processing issues and discrepancies.
• Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
• Work with various financial products, software platforms, and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or investment operations.
• Customer service experience.
• Administrative or clerical experience involving data entry and document processing.

Work Environment

• Fully on-site position in St. Cloud, MN.
• Professional office setting with a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Casual work environment.
• Standard Monday through Friday schedule with a 30-minute lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Cloud, MN.
