MGR, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

• Direct project execution according to management plan to achieve goals and manage risk
• Define detailed requirements for large-scale projects, manage scope/schedule/cost changes
• Lead PMO continuous improvement initiatives and assess project performance metrics
• Communicate progress and variances to internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor other project managers as subject matter expert and conduct project closure activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of hands-on project management experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodology
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite and project management systems
• Strong financial management and project budgeting expertise
