Location: San Francisco, CA 100% onsite, 5 days/week



Travel: Occasional travel to NYC, New Jersey, and Los Angeles offices

Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities and office operations for its San Francisco headquarters while supporting offices in New York City, New Jersey, and Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilities management, vendor management, procurement, budgeting, access control, fleet management, and multi-office operations experience. This person will also directly manage one Front Desk Office Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations for the San Francisco headquarters and support multiple regional offices.
• Serve as the primary contact for facilities-related requests from employees and vendors.
• Manage office and kitchen supplies, including the Amazon Business account, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, furniture, equipment, and common areas.
• Manage employee badge/access control systems and coordinate onboarding/offboarding access with IT.
• Source, onboard, negotiate with, and manage vendors and contractors.
• Manage building management and landlord relationships across multiple locations.
• Oversee the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance, registration, insurance, compliance, usage, and repairs.
• Track vehicle mileage, condition, and utilization.
• Maintain emergency preparedness, safety procedures, first-aid supplies, and compliance requirements.
• Directly manage and develop one Front Desk Office Specialist.
• Partner with People and IT teams on employee onboarding, workspace setup, and office experience.
• Support office events and continuously improve the employee workplace experience.
• Travel occasionally to NYC, New Jersey, and Los Angeles as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5 7+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology or corporate environment preferred.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, procurement, and budget management skills.
• Experience with access control and building management systems .
• Experience managing multi-office operations across multiple cities or regions.
• Prior fleet/vehicle management experience.
• Experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle urgent facilities issues and work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
