Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

- Monitor and record vital signs

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks

- Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

- Experience or certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures

- Familiarity with memory care, dementia care, and home community care

- Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals of diverse backgrounds

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
