Registered Nurse - Obstetrics

Schedule: 3x12 D/N rotation

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• License: Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) | American Heart Association (AHA)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) | American Academy of Pediatrics
• STABLE certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients' conditions and needs to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures, discharge planning, and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and care interventions accurately and in a timely manner.

Compliance / Notes:

• Complete and submit all incident reports prior to the end of each shift.
• Maintain communication with patients and significant others throughout care delivery.
