Senior Brand Growth & Innovation Manager

Our client, a growing consumer products organization, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Product Innovation to accelerate business growth through brand development, market expansion, and innovative product initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, guide new product introductions, and strengthen market presence.

What You'll Do As the Senior Brand Growth & Innovation Manager, you will:

• Drive brand growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead new product development and launch activities from concept through commercialization.
• Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional priorities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Support product portfolio management, pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability objectives.
• Deliver product training, presentations, and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement efforts.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

• Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, innovation, product development, or related functions.
• Proven success leading product launches, growth initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using market trends, consumer insights, and business data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, beauty, personal care, or related industries preferred.
