A mid-sized construction firm based in Arkansas has and expanding portfolio working with National clients building new retail and restaurants projects across the country. This company has secured several projects throughout the year and well afterwards which is why they are looking for skilled Traveling Superintendents.

Job Description

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will report directly to the General Superintendent and take full ownership of onsite delivery for multiple retail construction projects across the United States.Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daytoday site operations on fastpaced retail builds
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards
• Coordinating with Project Managers and senior leadership
• Driving projects to meet aggressive timelines and budgets
• Acting as the senior onsite representative with clients and partners

The Successful Applicant

• For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:
  
  • A strong background in retail or restaurant construction (essential)
  • Not targeting solely QSR (quick serve restaurants)
  • Ground up Construction experience required
  • Proven experience delivering projects in live or fasttrack environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a consistent basis
  • Confident, handson leadership style with subcontractors and site teams
  • A selfstarter mindset suited to a lean, hightrust organization
  • Exposure to healthcare or medical construction (advantageous, not essential)

What's on Offer

• Base salary up to $105,000
• $600 per month vehicle allowance added to base salary
• Per Diem
