This role is responsible for accurately assessing needs, responding to a wide variety of requests, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring each engagement reflects the highest levels of professionalism and care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced luxury setting, adeptly balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure, accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to creating a welcoming, seamless experience.As an essential part of daily community operations, the Concierge coordinates transportation services, manages deliveries and communications, maintains up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events, and supports front desk and business center coverage as needed. This position plays a key role in sustaining the elevated living experience residents expect at The Clare.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional hospitality, assist with resident inquiries, and provide accurate, timely recommendations.Coordinate resident transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring accurate billing.Manage all incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, deliveries, and luggage.Maintain updated local information and assist residents with tickets, reservations, and curated suggestions.Use community software to document services and ensure proper billing.Support Business Center and lobby operations as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of receptionist or concierge experienceAt least 1 year of general office or administrative experienceExcellent telephone and in-person communication skillsIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO Employer
