Overview Hourly Pay Range $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Physical Therapist II Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL Full Time, 40 hours weekly Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM No weekends required, 1 Summer Holiday & 1 Winter Holiday Working For Endeavor At Endeavor Health, our mission is to put patient outcomes first and serve both our organization and the community. We schedule patients one on one for 45 minutes, with efforts to keep patients with the same provider from start to finish. We offer internal education to support continual growth and keep mandatory requirements easy to maintain. For new grads and those with less than three years’ experience, we offer mentorship. We accomplish this by utilizing our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities, providing mentorship within residency and fellowship programs. Our primary patient population is orthopedic physical therapy, with additional Occupational and Speech therapy services. We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema. What You Will Need A minimum of 1-3 years experience in acute care, with demonstration of clinical independence Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2002 - 2014) OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2015 and after) Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider Support available for certification and development What You Will Do Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, evidenced by comprehensive evaluations and development of individualized, effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals. Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of movement dysfunction. Uses clear communication to educate patients and involve them in their own care. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in physical therapy. Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base and clinical reasoning skills to achieve expected clinical outcomes.
