Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on specific mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and support ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including referrals to specialists and other health care providers, to create a holistic approach to patient care.

• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
