Intern - CFO - Corporate Development (Transactions Team)
$19 - $55 per hourGilead Sciences
Responsibilities
- Drive process and execution for transaction opportunities from sourcing through deal close
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on transaction structure and terms
- Support business development and legal teams in preparing proposals, term sheets, and contracts
- Deliver final presentation summarizing internship work and findings
Requirements
- Enrolled full-time in Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at accredited U.S. institution
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA at application and hire
- Current or future work authorization without requiring school or employer sponsorship
- Ability to commit 10-12 consecutive weeks between May and August
- Willingness to work hybrid at Foster City, California location
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
Compensation: $19.00 - $55.00 hourly
