Job Summary We are currently looking for a full-time Homecare Scheduling coordinator to join our fast‑growing NJ team. The Scheduling coordinator will work closely with the Branch Administrator to ensure the coordination and scheduling of caregivers for all client shifts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and follow up skills, superior interpersonal skills, be a masterful communicator and a high attention to detail. Responsibilities Schedule appropriate caregiving services by matching clients and caregivers with input from the outreach and clinical teams Provide customer service to both clients and employees Actively participates in recruiting, screening and hiring caregiving staff Assists applicants with the application and hiring process Supports the maintenance of personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations Conducts orientation of new para‑professional staff Assists in obtaining satisfaction surveys from clients and employees As a member of the team, participates in team meetings, shares feedback and proactively efforts to improve processes Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal teams. Professional Phone Etiquette and experience managing high volumes of calls and inquiries. Proficiency in Health Care Appointment Scheduling and coordination within a fast‑paced care environment. Administrative Assistance skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and basic office software use. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry preferred. Ability to work on‑site in Clifton, NJ with reliable punctuality and dependability. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in healthcare administration or scheduling is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
