This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a fast-paced litigation team and provide critical support to attorneys handling a diverse range of complex cases.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a litigation environment.Position SummaryThe Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys involved in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Professional Negligence matters. This role will assist with legal research, document preparation, case management, trial preparation, and client communications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough document review and analysis to support case preparation and litigation strategy.Draft, prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, and discovery materials.Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files.Track court deadlines, filing requirements, and important case milestones.Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to ongoing cases.Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management activities.Interview clients and witnesses to obtain information and documentation.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and attorney calendars.Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case progression and workflow.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.Required Qualifications3-5+ years of Paralegal experience required, preferably in a litigation setting.Proven experience working under the supervision of an attorney.Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document review processes.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Preferred QualificationsSuccessful completion of a Paralegal Studies Program and/or Paralegal Certificate.Experience supporting litigation matters involving commercial, insurance, personal injury, construction, or professional negligence cases.Benefits401(k)401(k) MatchingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO)Why Apply?This position offers the opportunity to join a respected legal team, work on a variety of sophisticated litigation matters, and build a long-term career in a professional and collaborative environment.
