We’re seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on fabrication, assembly, and welding of metal components in a production setting. What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies

• Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Set up, align, and secure materials prior to welding

• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy

• Use hand and power tools for fitting, prepping, and finishing parts

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of MIG welding experience or a welding certification

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing and fabrication setting with standard welding equipment and tools. PPE is required at all times. Environment may vary in temperature based on season.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockton, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
