Merchology is in search of an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. As the initial point of contact for customer inquiries regarding premium branded products, this role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless sales process. Reporting directly to the Account Coordinator Supervisor, the Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in vetting potential buyers, ensuring they meet qualification criteria before passing leads to teammates for further engagement. ** We want this position / candidate to start 8/4/2026 ** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESA successful Account Coordinator will: Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting and collaborating with colleagues and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat Communicate with customers to qualify leads, identify project details, and route leads throughout the sales team Meet team KPIs related to customer engagements, customer contact timelines, sales conversion rate, and inbound and outbound calls Work alongside the Account Representative team to hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Proactively and reactively reach out to customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction Have a collaborative and proactive demeanor to build relationships and trust with internal team members and customers Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers Complete in-person facility tours to local customers Complete additional projects or duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Experience in a customer service or sales role in retail, restaurant, sales, or an office environment Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) Efficient, organized, customer-focused mindset and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills WHAT WE OFFER In addition to an outstanding creative culture, authentically nice people, and interesting work, we have: Generous PTO (18 days per year) 8 company-paid holidays Hybrid work schedule for select departments 40 hours of paid volunteer time 401(k) with match Medical and dental insurance options, FSA, and HSA (with company HSA match), Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity, Short- and Long-Term disability insurance options Company-paid life insurance Company-sponsored social events Premium brand partner discounts Employee-led Committees LOCATION 3000 Niagara Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55447 Remote hybrid role: Three days onsite, two days remote following training INDUSTRY Business to Business eCommerce and Apparel Merchology is an equal opportunity employer and certified Disability-owned Business Enterprise.
