Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate clinical documentation, participation in care conferences, and support of continuous quality improvement and professional development opportunities.
